We took our Ford Ranger in because when we put it Park it would not hold even with the emergency brake on we had fear major job to fix it. I always tease Jeff and say to him “ now be nice” we are on social security you know. Well not very long after we left the truck he called and said it was ready. Long story short $ 54.00 later it was ready to go. All it needed was a screw replaced in the shift lever. He said how’s that for keeping the price down I thought you did good and was tickled it was no more.. Jeff has always been kind and very fair to us. I have told a lot of people about him.

13+ year customer but I'll hesitate to go back. Getting too big to take care of the customers that help get them to the size they are now. Had my 2013 Escape in there four times for the same thing. Front end noise. Getting worse and more noisy. They keep saying they don't know what it is. Well then figure it out. I don't want to end up wrapped around a tree. Business has completely changed since it was sold. Really disappointed with the way it is now.

First time customer this past week. Spent many years going to another local family owned repair shop. But the owners are getting older and reducing their business. So needed to find a new place. Searched. Found some very good reviews for Paul’s - and now I will add my own very good review. Friendly and welcoming customer service; good work at a fair price (what else do you need); I had front rotors and brake pads done on my Explorer - final price came right in at the estimate. I also needed some work done on heater. Again, good work at a fair price equals a great value. Plan on taking my daughter’s car here to check brakes when she gets home from college soon. Definitely recommend.

I took my 2009 Nissan Cube to Paul’s this week because I needed another opinion about how to fix it. When the car started acting up, I took it to Neil Curry’s auto shop on Hamburg Pike. Neil’s charged me almost $100 for diagnosing my car’s problem. Neil said my car needed a new engine and catalytic converter and said he could fix it for around $3500. Two of my family members referred me to Paul’ Complete Auto Repair. Jeff asked my to leave the car and he would let me know if it needed a new engine. Jeff called me about 3 hours later and said my car did not need a new engine. Two days later I was driving my car without any problems and getting 4 mpg better mileage. All that my car needed was a new Coil Pack and new spark plugs. Unlike Curry’s auto repair that was trying to rip me off of more than $3000 dollars, Paul’s saved me $3000. Paul’s Complete Auto Repair is the only place I will go from now on.

I had an issue with my car. I took it to the DEALERSHIP and was told it was dangerous to drive, needed repair YESTERDAY, and had me in tears...literally. I was given Jeff's name at Paul's automotive repair and went to see him. He was very friendly, honest, even checked out my issue without an appointment. I cannot recommend him/Jeff's enough. My son is a mechanic (out of state) and many people take their cars to him for the same type treatment that Jeff provides his customer. I'm so glad I found him and will always use him in the future if I have an issue with my car that I need help with. A+++++++++++++
